The job market is crowded and too many college students/graduates hit a wall in their job search. Some end up in wrong roles or on a sub-optimal path. Others can’t get in the door at all.
Colleges don’t teach the job search. Their academic focus is often on how things 'should be'. We focus on how things really 'are' from the hiring company/recruiters POV. While your family & friends support you, they can only help so much.
What We Do
We go well beyond traditional coaching because we actually teach you the skills, techniques, and insider tips/tricks to navigate the job search process. You will acquire foundational skills for your on-going career steps.
